Keeping It Real: Newest Lunch Obsession! Not only does SALAD IN A JAR save space in your fridge, it also reduces food waste and gets non-salad eaters to mow down daily. 

THE ARRANGEMENT, From BOTTOM to TOP: or whatever veggies/meats/nuts you like:

Dressing
Shredded carrots
Cherry tomatoes
Sunflower seeds
Hard boiled eggs
Baby spinach

DIRECTIONS
1) Arrange ingredients in a large mason jar
2) Store in fridge for up to a week
3) When ready to eat: shake jar, place on a plate, and eat!

You can make any arrangement you want… you can add red onion, cucumbers, radishes or peppers. Always remember to put the dressing at the bottom and the lettuce at the top—a MUST.

****NOTE**** If your making a few salads at a time for the week, you MUST remember to vacuum seal the Mason Jars. (Mason jars can be bought at Wal-mart, and various grocery stores) They must be vacuum sealed to remain fresh and crisp

2. Place in 1 quart jar and add water.

Keeping It Real: Ummmm, HELL TO THE YES!!!!! Why shouldn't it? For every reason you can give why it shouldn't, it can be countered with a reason why it should!! 

Alcohol is legal and you find so many drunk drivers that not only harm themselves BUT for the MOST PART, other people as well! How many marijuana smokers have crashed head on into a car with a family out for a Sunday drive? The only thing, marijuana smokers are going to tear up is a bag of chips, some candy wrappers or a grocery bag of food! LOL 

I think weed should be legal in ALL states not just some!!! Alcohol is legal in ALL states and I don't see any Congress/Political people trying to stop sales!!! 

Some states are trying to implement a decriminalization law to not allow more than 2 ounces on a person at one time, if so, fines should amount to a traffic ticket! I agree with this law as well! If you are a seller, best not get caught with more than the amount the law allows! Ya Dig?...

A few ideas: Make her breakfast in the morning, warm her car before leaving for work, send her a text telling how much you love her, give her a massage for an hour without any expectations from her, take her out to lunch, get her a card just because, Sing to her (if) you can sing, put on some romantic music and dance with her, pull out old picture albums, greeting cards and reminisce. 

Communicate your affection to her during the day and she will communicate hers to you at night (and day for the lucky ones.)

Black History: Many years ago our relatives/ancestors were considered "slaves" who were owned and the property of "Slave Owners"...And a war came within our country the North vs. the South!

In a war many individuals are going to DIE...especially those that are on the FRONTLINE! As slaves, you didn't have clothes (skinny jeans, LEVI's, Black Label, etc), you had rags, no belts (Gucci, Tommy, etc), you had rope or whatever you could find to keep these rags together! But if you fought in the war you got what slaves considered"PERKS" such as, boots, socks, pants, belts &, shirts! So many slaves VOLUNTEERED to fight in this war for just those "perks"!!

BUT as a slave you HAD TO FIGHT on the FRONT LINE! That didn't matter because they would get pants that they would wear on their waist, shirts they would tuck in their pants, belts that would keep their pants up AND in their minds they now had a MEANINGFUL PURPOSE...A legacy they died for to leave behind the blueprint to be RESPECTED for many centuries...so RESPECT MY FAMILY, YOUR FAMILY, OUR ANCESTORS...RESPECT YOURSELF! 

Pull them damn pants UP and put on a damn belt! Ya Dig?...
