1. Men who have sex twice a week have about 1/2 the risk of developing cardiovascular disease.

2. Sex lowers BLOOD pressure and relieves stress!

3. You'll sleep better, (we already knew this, especially if it is put ON YOU RIGHT).

4. Sex is a form of exercise! Ya Think? Having sex 3 times a week over a year burns same calories as if you have ran 75 miles! Certainly beats sweating it out in the gym. Ya Dig?...
