Keeping It Real: On Wednesday April 2, 2014, The Library of Congress added 25 pieces to
it's National Recording Registry, a collection of 400 audio recordings
preserved for their historical importance. This year's additions
include Creedence Clearwater Revival's "Fortunate Son," U2's "The Joshua
Tree," the 1979 original cast recording of "Sweeney Todd," and the
"Shaft" theme song by Isaac Hayes. Ya Dig?..
