Keeping It Real: Why would you pay a monthly or an annual fee for these cards when you can open a bank account? They give you debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo attached to your account FOR FREE! I can understand the folks who can't open an account due to charges they may owe a bank but to pay extra for a card that is USING your own money is unreal!
I see Kimora & Russell doing commercials for their RUSH card BUT thing is, it is your money, that is being deposited and they are charging YOU to USE YOUR MONEY!!!
Open one of those simple bank accounts where everything is free or very minimal to keep open! Go talk to a banker, I bet it is cheaper than paying one of these prepaid companies using their cards BUT with your OWN money! Ya Dig?...
