Lesson Of The Day: Functional Body

Keeping It Real: Sometimes, when there is something physically wrong with you, it can affect you mentally and sometimes when there is something mentally going on with you, it can affect you physically! 

People need to slow down, take a breath and RELAX! It is not written in stone, that you have to be on TOP of everything or be a part of everything! That is why the words BREAK, TIMEOUT, VACATIONS, RELAXATION, ME-TIME hold much weight! 

When you are feeling out of sorts & everything around just seems to be going wrong, take a breather! Ya Dig?...
