Keeping It Real: *Keyword* is Macaroni! It's the elbow shaped pasta that has been used for ages for mac-n-cheese! I wanted to let folks know, when you use, Penne, Shells, Rotini or any pasta that is not Macaroni, then you are NOT making or made mac-n-cheese! It is the pasta you have used plus cheese! Again, macaroni is the elbow shaped, half circle, half moon like pasta, OK!! Ya Dig?..
LOL I saw someone bring a homemade mac-n-cheese made with rotini to a gathering once and I was like ... what? I guess they figured pasta is pasta. lol
